Franklin was brought to MPR from a situation where 3 mom dogs made 23 puppies. MPR got 13 of the puppies and the mama dogs are spayed and won't be having more! Franklin was born on March 11, 2026, and weighs 22 lbs in the middle of July. His siblings are Gogo, Chex, Salty, Schuster, Tobin, Miaa, Remy, Fritter, Folki, Higgins, and Finita.
