Hi Friends! My name is Rocko and I am a sweet and loving American Bulldog urgently looking for my forever home. Currently, I am at the shelter while my forever humans come and find me! The shelter thinks I am about 4-years old! I weigh around 80-lbs and have the most gorgeous smile! In my previous home, I found it easy to runaway, and that is why my previous family brought me to the shelter. I am looking for a home where I can stay and have the proper structure to keep me at home! If you are looking for a friendly and curious dog, I just may be the one! Some things the shelter staff have noticed: I am friendly, eager, and curious about the outside world. I do tend to pull on walks and am very forward with other pup interactions and extremely eager to greet, but I have been able to calm down after social interactions and interact smoothly! Definitely looking for a home that can provide more loving guidance and help my manners and social skills grow! I am very curious about other dogs in pack plays (especially dogs that align with my rougher play style) and humans! My previous family did mention that I used to go to dog parks and did well in that setting, and do well with children as well! I have some allergies that my previous family was aware of and has been getting treated in the shelter! During walks, I don’t seem to be bothered by outside noises and other distractions and am pretty focused on my own walk! I also love treats and take them kindly!
