Hi! My name is Biscuit and I am looking for a forever home. I was surrendered by my previous owners to a scary place called a shelter where, after my hold time was up and no on came to get me, I was going to be placed on something bad called "the list" 'cause the shelter was full. Fortunately for me, one of the volunteers reached out to BCAA to see if they could help me and they said yes! When I first got into foster, I was a little scared but everyone has been so nice to me it didn't take me long to know I was safe and then my happy-go-lucky puppy personality came out. I am a black and tan schnauzer mix and I'm only about 5mos old and currently weigh a little over 16lbs; the best guess is I will be a small to medium sized dog when I'm all grown up. I have done really well in my crate without any accidents barking or tearing up of my bedding. I love playing with any of the other dogs who want to play with me and so far haven't shown much interest in the cats. I really enjoy getting regular meals and the treats are pretty good, too. I am still learning exactly what a leash is all about so I would love a fenced yard to take care of my business and to run and explore.
