Say hello to Sylvia, a precious 11-month-old Schnauzer mix who is patiently waiting to find her forever family! While we’re not quite sure what she’s mixed with, we can guarantee she’s the perfect blend of sweetness, spunk, and unconditional love. Sylvia came to us from a local shelter after being found as a stray and is now thriving in her foster home. Like any young pup, she’s embracing life with enthusiasm—sniffing every corner, showering everyone she meets with kisses, and happily collecting (or stealing!) every toy she can find. Curious and playful by nature, Sylvia can be a little vocal at times, but she continues to do well with a consistent routine. This silly girl loves toys, socks, and spending time with furry friends. She warms up quickly to new people and gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats. While another dog in the home isn’t required, Sylvia would love a canine companion to keep her company. She has especially benefited from learning the ropes from her foster mom’s dogs, including house training, mealtime routines, and leash walking. After a day of adventures and play, Sylvia’s favorite place to be is right next to her person. She adores cuddling, soaking up affection, and receiving all the pets, kisses, and love she deserves. Sylvia has been doing an excellent job with house training and is familiar with using puppy pads. As with any young dog adjusting to a new home, an occasional accident is possible. She is crate trained, leash trained, and travels well in the car, making her a wonderful companion for all of life’s adventures.
