Tobin can’t wait to be your best friend. He’s a big boy, but he’s thoughtful and slower to react than his brother (Schuster) or sister (Salty). Tobin was brought to MPR from a situation where 3 mom dogs made 23 puppies. MPR got 13 of the puppies and the mama dogs are spayed and won't be having more! His siblings are Gogo, Salty, Schuster, Miaa, Remy, Fritter, Folki, Higgins, Finita, Ferdinand, and Franklin.
