We learned about this 2 year old, 43 pound doodle who arrived at @nycacc with a large, raw wound on his leg. For nearly two weeks, Wally has been recovering in emergency boarding while receiving daily wound care, bandage changes, pain medication, and follow up treatment. His leg is healing well, he’s feeling better, and he’s finally medically stable enough to recover outside of a hospital setting. Wally is a sweet, playful doodle who is vaccinated, will be neutered through Rescue City, and simply needs a foster or forever home while he finishes healing. Rescue City provides all supplies and covers all medical care, he’ll just need to come back for scheduled follow-up appointments in Brooklyn.
