Gets Along With: Other dogs! Rosie has lived with kids in foster care and done great. We haven't seen her with cats but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: DC area foster home Rosie is Looking For: This sweetie landed in the shelter due to no fault of her own. She's eagerly looking forward to getting her new humans for sniffy walks and world exploration! Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed are on her wish list as well. She also wants her new humans to know that she has that typical doodle coat. That means she mats easily. Mats are painful! She will need daily brushing and regular professional grooming. What does her new family get in exchange? An incredibly sweet girl who's ready to love and be loved. Has so much affection and loyal companionship to offer. What My Foster Says About Me: Rosie is an absolute sweetheart with a gentle, loving personality. She’s wonderful with kids, showing endless patience and a calm, easygoing nature. As she’s settled into her foster home, she’s become more comfortable and even lets out an occasional bark to let everyone know what’s happening around the house! Rosie loves being close to her people and is convinced she’s a lap dog, happily soaking up all the cuddles she can get. She’s a quiet, affectionate companion with a heart of gold who is sure to bring lots of love and smiles to her forever family. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.
