Hi there! I'm #MADLoveZillah! You might remember me from a couple of weeks ago when I took my freedom ride out of the shelter. Well... let me tell you... life has been pretty interesting since then.Apparently, I live with this nice lady they call my foster. She's pretty awesome... BUT WOW, does she have a lot of rules. No counter surfing. (Excuse me? If it's on the counter, it's obviously for sharing.) "Play a little gentler, Zillah."Listen... I'm just REALLY excited to be alive! Can you blame me?!I've been doing a fantastic job with the other dogs here, although if I'm being honest, I do tend to prefer the boys. I can be a tiny bit bossy with some of the girls... but hey, every queen has opinions. My foster keeps giving me puzzles, training sessions, new tricks to learn, and all kinds of mental games.OH. MY. GOODNESS.THIS is my love language! The more you teach me, the happier I am. I absolutely LOVE using my brain, and I'm always ready to learn something new.I also overheard my foster telling someone that I'm "very friendly and affectionate."Well... if you're handing out treats, of course I'm friendly! (Just kidding... mostly.)The truth is, I'm settling in beautifully. Every day I'm becoming more confident, more relaxed, and more ready for the family I've been waiting for.Now, let's talk about my dream home...I'm definitely not a couch potato. I want a family that enjoys adventures, training, enrichment, and spending time together. Give me structure, consistency, and plenty of opportunities to use my brain, and I'll be one happy girl. An experienced home would be best but be prepared for a lot of cuddles!!Oh! And before I forget... Crate trained. Housebroken. Dog social. Smart as a whip. Ready to learn. Ready to love. And.... if your cat tolerates dogs, I am all yours!
