If you’re looking for a loyal companion with gentle manners and a heart full of love, Zelda may be the perfect match for you. This sweet, friendly girl absolutely loves being the center of attention. She can be a bit of a diva now and then—but it’s all part of her charm! Zelda has been an exceptional shelter guest, always keeping her kennel clean, which suggests she may already be potty trained. She also walks beautifully on leash, knows sit, down, and shake, and we suspect she may be crate trained as she settles comfortably into her own space. As with any dog transitioning from shelter life, she’ll need patience and grace while she adjusts to her new home. Zelda arrived at the shelter with another dog and enjoys her canine companion. While she generally prefers to mind her own business, she isn’t a fan of overly rowdy dogs and appreciates slow, proper introductions. If you already have a dog at home, we’re happy to arrange a meet-and-greet to help everyone get acquainted. At heart, Zelda is a mellow girl who enjoys life’s simple pleasures—peaceful walks, soaking up the sunshine, and quiet snuggles with her favorite people.
