Roy is a 7 yr old rottie from Manhattan who was found as a stray. Roy is dog and people social, and was highly stressed for the more-than-a-month he spent int he shelter. Now in foster care in EASTERN PA, he has made fast friends with Coco Melon (another NYC native) and has settled himself in already. Cats and young kids unknown.
