Hi, Iâm Ellie!I found myself at Tulare County Animal Services on 5/26/26 as a stray. Luckily, I was able to go into a foster home and they even said they might want adopt me.While in foster, I worked very hard at being the best dog ever. I have grown into a happy, playful pup. I love toys. I have been working on my basic training.Unfortunately, I found myself back at the shelter yesterday. I am a bit confused, but I donât want to get too down in the dumps.
