Ridge and his foster sister, Roo, playing in the yard!
Special Adoption Considerations: Puppies under 6 months of age need to have multiple potty breaks/exercise throughout the day. Potential adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements to meet the needs of their puppy.
Ridge is Looking For: His forever home! This young boy is looking forward to having his own humans for play time and snuggles and sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up. And dog school so he can show how super smart he is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scritches at the end of a fun day together. And he'll want quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. Most of all, though, he wants to know he's safe and loved. In exchange he promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags he's storing up, and loyal companionship for all his days. What do you say? Does Ridge have a spot in your home and your heart?
What my Current Foster Says About Me: He is probably the best and easiest puppy I have had. He is gentle, sweet and so cute. He has been sleeping well at night and is doing great on his house training. He loves to play with our older dog and his foster sibling, Roo. He loves to go on walks and is good on leash. He enjoys toys and bones.
What My South Carolina Foster Said About Me: Ridge is one of the sweetest fosters, if not the sweetest foster. He likes to play with our resident pup, and when he is around his people, he wants to be loved and snuggled. He had done great with kids and whoever ends up with this baby boy will be the luckiest!
What My DC Area Foster Says About Me: Coming soon!
Puppy Vetting Requirements: Lucky Puppies have had their age appropriate vaccines, but may not yet be “fully” vaccinated. It is the adopter’s responsibility to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time. Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, they are at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.
Your new puppy will need to work on their house training and will also need to go to obedience school so they can grow into a well-socialized dog! TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this puppy is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online bit.ly/adoptaluckydog
