Cosmo found himself unwanted and in a high kill shelter in South Texas. He is good with other dogs and people, and cats are unknown. Cosmo will need a grooming appt as soon as he arrives. Here's what we know so far about him. He is great with all people, a total sweetheart. He has met many dogs and does well with all of them. He enjoys car rides and snuggles. He kennels pretty easily, is decent on the leash and has been good with his potty habits.
