Yes, Kuli is deaf, but it's not a disability. Between the ecollar, hand signals, his love of a challenge, and to please, he's the most amazing deaf dog you've ever met. Kuli also loves the water & human interaction. Kuli would love to be the very best adventure buddy & fill your days with all the joy! Kuli is looking for his forever home, but he will settle for a foster home until that arrives, but he'd prefer no cats or small children. He wouldn't mind a canine pal that is as polite as him. He is a neutered male, approx. 4 years old and UTD on vaccines. Kuli does have some skin allergies that will require managing. Kuli truly has a soul of gold.
