Meet Apollo! ❤️ Apollo is a 2 year old sweetheart with a very gentle soul. When you first meet him, he can be shy and timid, especially around men, but once he feels safe and comfortable, he is the sweetest boy. He loves going on walks, carrying around his Kong bone, sunbathing, and playing with his buddy Duke. He also loves to snuggle once he trusts you. Apollo is slowly learning commands like sit and stay and is doing really well. He has no medical concerns, he just needs a patient and loving home that will give him time to continue building confidence and trust. He would do best with a small family or calmer home that can give him lots of love, patience, and reassurance. Watching him slowly come out of his shell has been so rewarding, and once he bonds with you, he becomes such a loyal companion. After being rescued from euthanasia, Apollo is finally getting the chance to experience what love and safety feel like, and now he’s just waiting for his forever family. ❤️
