Rocco is an approximately 11-month-old mixed breed weighing about 53 lbs, and he’s the last one still waiting. He was one of nine puppies dumped on the street in Kosovo, all taken in by a shelter. One by one, his siblings were chosen and left in pairs… only Rocco remained behind until Eleventh Hour Rescue stepped in to save him. Rocco is an incredibly sweet, gentle boy who truly loves everyone he meets. He’s great with people, and wonderful with other dogs, Rocco struggles with his confidence and needs a confident companion animal in the home. He thrived when he was fostered at Pack Mentality with many other dogs, and continues to work on his confidence in his current foster home.
