Kathy Rd. in Hernando and is now safe at Citrus County Animal Services. The shelter is actively trying to locate his owner and need your help spreading the word. He is approximately 1 year old and weighs about 60 lbs. Jamel is microchipped, and attempts have been made to contact the registered owner, but have not been successful so far.
