I’m looking for my forever person—the one whose shadow I can be all day and whose pillow I can share all night.I’m a total people-person! I’ll come right up to say hi to anyone I meet, and I’m a professional at asking for pets and lap time. I’m already potty trained and a dream on a leash, so our morning walks will be the best part of our day—right after breakfast, of course (I really love to eat!). When we’re home, I’m happy just being near you, whether we’re playing with squeaky toys or playing fetch.A few things to know about me: I’m your shadow: I get a little sad and anxious when my person leaves. I might pace or bark at the window because I just want you back! I’d love a home where someone is around most of the time to keep me company. Slow & steady with pup friends: I’m a bit shy and uncertain around new dogs at first. I might bark to say "give me space," but if we take intros slow over a few days, I adjust nicely and can be part of the pack. I also do great meeting dogs and people on our walks! My crate rule: I’m not a fan of the crate unless the door is left wide open. I’d much rather be on a dog bed near you—or better yet, right in the big bed with you! I came from a scary impound situation where I was very stressed, so I’m still figuring out that I’m safe. I figure things out quickly and adapt well; I just need a little time and a lot of love to feel secure. I promise to be your most loyal best friend if you’ll be my world.WHERE IS THIS PET LOCATED?
