Thelma is a 6–8-year-old, 23-pound sweetheart who absolutely loves people and craves affection. She has an old eye injury and is mostly blind in one eye, but her other eye compensates well and she gets around just fine. Adopters age 65 and over who adopt senior dogs pay a special adoption fee of $100 for ages 8-11 years and $75 for 12 years or older.
