Fox arrived in Florida only yesterday but she's already doing so well in her foster home! She was a little timid to begin with but now is following her foster mom around and playing with the other female beagle. They were chasing birds together early this morning. Last night Fox went in the crate for a chew toy and fell asleep for the night, so being comfortable in the crate is looking good. Also, no accidents in the house so far, but foster mom is taking her out often to potty and giving treats for success. Fox was rescued with 2 other beagle friends from the streets in Mississippi. We can also tell you that Fox does fine with cats and kids. She is heartworm positive so we will schedule her treatment sometime in May. Stay tuned for more updates!
