CILANTRO IS SCHEDULED FOR HIS NEUTER ON JUNE 25, 2026 WHEN HE IS 16 WEEKS OLD. HE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OUTSIDE A 30 MINUTE RADIUS OF DES MOINES DUE TO HIS VETTING NEEDS. Cilantro is a 13-week-old (born in rescue February 27), male, mixed breed puppy that weighs about 15 lbs. This boy is so joyful and eager to learn new things once he is comfortable. Cilantro is looking for an active family that can spend lots of time outdoors being active with him. He has been in training for the past month and is doing amazing with his basic commands. Cilantro is kennel trained and well on his way to being house trained. Cilantro is living with two large dogs in his foster home and learning how to give space and respect to the adult dogs. Cilantro has experience with walking on a leash and is doing pretty well. He loves to play fetch! He met a cat when he was younger and did well with the boundaries the cat set. With slow introductions and guidance, he should do well living with cats in his forever home. He has met kids and loves them but does not currently live with kids. He is an energetic puppy that will do well with kids if given guidance and boundaries for play. His momma weighs 33 lbs., and we don't know who daddy is. He will be medium to large size full grown.
