Carmen is a Beagle mix born mid February 2026. She is a confident, happy pirate puppy. She doesn’t let one eye slow her down at all. She’s curious and active, but frequently checks in with her people for a nice cuddle before running off to play more. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
