Penelope is currently in foster care and ready for adoption via our virtual process!Penelope, a two-year-old female weighing 20 lbs., just arrived and is still getting settled in, so we’re just beginning to learn who they are. She warms up almost immediately and the cuddles never stop. She’s just happy to tag along everywhere. A tad shy initially but with plenty of treats and a slow approach, sitting in our laps within minutes and hasn’t left it since then. Her biggest dream would probably to be able to cuddle and nap with her people all day long. She was so good in the car and immediately laid down on our laps for the ride. When we first got home, everything immediately needed to be sniffed, but she settled in so fast. She follows you around and just wants to be near people at all times. She doesn’t go on couches or beds without being invited and seemed to enjoy having a crate with all her toys and blankets. She LOVES her stuffed animals. I love how cuddly she is. She will sit on your lap at every given opportunity and loves to cuddle all night. Bonus points because she doesn’t snore haha.
