Miller is a young Border Collie puppy who was recently surrendered to our friends at Gloucester County Animal Shelter after his owner received a job promotion that requires a lot of traveling. With the major influx of dogs being surrendered and coming in as strays, the shelter is no place for a young puppy like Miller — so we scooped him up as quickly as we could thanks to one of our awesome foster families!
