A FUN, SILLY & FRIENDLY FELLOW: Approx. 2 years old / Approx. 44 lbs. Hi, I’m Zephyr! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and have been enjoying my time with the nice volunteers who spend time with me and take such good care of me. I was adopted for a couple of weeks, but it turned out not to be the right fit, so I’m back with Mostly Mutts while I wait for my family to find and adopt me. I’m currently in the prison/foster training program off-site and learning a lot! Please inquire at 770-272-6888 to find out when I’m available to meet. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I’ve met other dogs at Mostly Mutts several times and liked playing with them a lot, so if you have a dog at home already that likes to play, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I met a 10-year-old in a temp. home, and we liked playing together, though sometimes we went for the toy at the same time. I saw a young boy around 6 or 7 at Mostly Mutts and I was unsure about him. Kids 10+ may be a good fit so, let’s meet and see if we can be pals. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m described as a very friendly, sweet, and happy boy with a curious and playful personality. I make some pretty funny facial expressions that are sure to make you smile and laugh. I was very content during my bath and stayed relaxed the whole time, showing what an easygoing fellow I can be. / Energy level: 5-7, a little higher when playing with other dogs. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have learned the ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘stay’, ‘drop it’, ‘place’, and ‘come’ commands as well as how to accept friendly strangers without jumping. I look forward to learning even more! Let's continue my training with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs! / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts and were also good in my temp. adoptive home. / I’ve only had a few accidents on the shelter schedule and some in my temp. adoptive home and temp. foster home with a little marking, but with consistency and training, I think I’ll finish learning this as I’m already improving. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love getting attention, being silly and making people laugh, playing with other dogs, and spending time with people. I also loved romping in the back yard with my people in a home I visited. Long hikes are great, too, so I’m happy to join you for those. I like riding in the car and will hop right in, so let’s go on some adventures together. / I can’t think of any dislikes yet, though like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. I’m a wonderful dog looking for a wonderful family to love and have fun with! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
