She was found as a stray and taken in by a kind family, but due to space limitations, they were unable to keep her. Now she's looking for a forever home where she can continue to grow and thrive. Muñeca is still building confidence with people and is continuing to become more socialized each day. While she may need a little time and patience to fully open up, she is a sweet girl who is learning to trust and feel comfortable in new environments. She is very social, good with kids and gets along well with other dogs. In fact, she may benefit from having a confident canine companion in the home to help her continue building confidence. A meet and greet is recommended for homes with other dogs to ensure a good fit. Muñeca would not be a good match for a home with cats or other small animals. She has also been around children. Muñeca has not yet had formal training, but she is very smart and has grown so much in her leash training and walking. She is eager to continue to learn and with consistency, positive reinforcement, and patience, she has all the potential to grow into that confident, well-mannered companion you've been looking for. She would thrive in an active home that can provide structure, routine, and continued training. Muñeca is spayed, microchipped, current on her rabies vaccination and basic boosters, and has tested heartworm positive.
