What a fun, sweet, talkative little guy! At 6 months he is maybe around 35 lbs,not too big considering his posible DNA. Being the biggest of the litter he's quite the baby! Though he's smart and spunky, he takes corrections well when the bigger resident dogs tell him no,he gets a little sad because he likes to play! Willy likes to talk.. alot, chirps and grumbles and yaps to let you know he's happy or when he thinks its close to dinner time, patience is virtue, he's learning. Things he is great at and getting better at- Great in his kennel and can be found hanging out in it alone. Walking on leash. Knows sit, down, be gentle. Knows to wait for the release word "ok!" to go outside, eat his food, leave his kennel. All of these things are in the works and vary day to day but hes doing fabulous! Willy has done great with the kids he's met, we think he would be just fine with a cat as he's pretty gentle and receptive to corrections, also his inquisitive side usually keeps him from reacting before exploring first. He would likely do best with another dog or kids to keep him busy as hes very social. He could do well with a stay at home person or a very active person. He would make a great adventure buddy or family dog! Willy has a sensitive kind soul that really shows through, he likes to listen and is eager to learn. We are excited for him to explore his first summer hopefully with his new forever family! I keep up with my foster siblings during play time, they are patient with me and are teaching me how to play with them. I’m also happy hanging out on the dog bed solo. Naps are my favorite. Things I do in my free time: I love playing with my foster pup siblings (5 yr old Aussie, 2 yr old pittie mix and 14 yr old pittie) though I am also very curious about the humans and can be found patiently watching what they are doing. I often talk to myself making chirps and humming while finding things to play with on my own. Things I know/learning: I am mostly potty trained and will even whine to be let outside. I like my kennel, I sleep pretty well in there and will let you know if I need to potty in the middle of the night. I come when called Willie Billyyyy. Working on sit and choosing toys over hands :) Overall I’m a very sweet, calm puppy. I am very observant, I like to watch what everyone is doing. I think I’m well mannered and ‘read the room’. Sometimes my foster siblings don’t want to play and I’m ok with that. We did a DNA test on one of the puppies but they can have multiple dads in one litter so the results could be different for each puppy. Results: 33.9% Australian Cattle Dog, 26.8% Supermutt, 15% American Pit Bull Terrier, 14.7% German Shepherd, & 9.6% Siberian Husky
