Meet Amber! Amber is a 1-year-old Staffy mix weighing about 48 pounds. She is a playful and affectionate young girl that will melt your heart with her beautiful little puppy eyes. Amber was abandoned in New York City and had been found by a sweet lady while she was out on a walk. Amber approached with confidence, tail wags, and just wanted all the love she could get. She had Amber for a couple of weeks trying to find a place to take her in. Now Amber is with us thriving in her foster home and learning some basic commands and manners. She is almost fully potty trained and is learning all about home life! Lighting up rooms with her quirky and playful personality is what she does best. She gets so excited when it comes to other dogs and just wants to play. Although she gets along with most dogs she does tend to play rough so needs some guidance and correction.
