Paco is an adult Miniature Pinscher who has overcome incredible odds. He was thrown out of a car and left terrified and traumatized. When he arrived at the shelter, Paco was so frightened that he struggled to cope with the loud, stressful environment. Knowing he needed a quieter, gentler place to heal, the shelter reached out to No Stray Left Behind, and we welcomed him with open arms. It’s taken about a year of patience, love, and reassurance, but Paco has blossomed into a happy, loving, tail-wagging boy. He now greets familiar faces with joy and has learned that people can be kind and safe. Paco still appreciates a calm, understanding home, but his gentle heart and loyal spirit shine bright.
