Cat-friendly? Absolutely.The cats adore her, and Peru loves them right back. She’s wonderfully respectful—curious with the shy kitties and a gentle playmate to the confident ones. Peru is also fantastic with dogs. She adores her canine buddies, plays beautifully with every foster pup who comes and goes, and is gentle and submissive with bigger or older dogs. She’s crate trained, potty trained, and full of polite puppy manners. And did we mention she LOVES water? Whether it’s the kiddie pool or splashing her paws in whatever bowl she can find, Peru is all about the fun. At around 40 lbs and on the taller side of medium, she’s still learning just how big her cuddle-loving self really is.
