Otis was dumped on a country road and was surviving on someone’s chickens. Thankfully, the owner of the chickens knew that did not make Otis a bad dog, just another dog failed by humans in Oklahoma. Otis is well socialized and has done fantastic with other dogs, kids and large livestock.
