Brin Joy is a sweet 8-year-old Dachshund who came to rescue through no fault of her own. Brin Joy can be a bit shy at first but warms up quickly, she loves to snuggle up under a blanket and even sleeps with her head on a pillow like a person. She is a very sweet girl who loves any and all affection. She does well with dogs of different sizes and energy levels. We have learned that Brin needs the comfort another dog in the home, especially when you are gone. She is a bit scared of the dog door, we are working on getting over that but she hasn’t had any accidents in the house. She loves squeaky toys. Her left ear seems to be permanently sticking straight up which is very cute.
