Meet Big, Beautiful Jax! He was running out of time… now he’s running 2Ks. Jax is a big, beautiful 70 lb. Shepsky. He came close to losing his life, simply due to shelter overcrowding. Instead, he lost a leg and gained a whole new life. This 3-4 yr old boy came to NorSled last year with an old, painful and beyond repair injury. Today, Jax is thriving as a tripod. Pain-free, happy, and full of love. He greets every person and every dog like they’re already his best friend! You can take him anywhere. He’s super gentle and super social. Easy-going and grateful in a way you can just feel. He's one of the happiest dogs you’ll ever meet! Jax is ready for his forever home. He would love to live in a home with other dogs, or be perfectly content as your loyal, one and only.
