Franklin is a sweet little old man. He is not very active but he does prefer to be with his humans. He likes to sunbathe on the deck on occasion and he loves cats.He would make an excellent companion for a senior or someone who is at home the majority of the time.
His eyesight is not the greatest and he will be scheduled for a dental before he can be officially adopted.
Franklin would just enjoy a quiet home and to be spoiled and loved!
