Hi! My name is Casper because of my beautiful white coat. I have been told I have beautiful eyes - one brown and one blue. I was found by an employee of Straydog when I was wandering around the property with a rope tied around my neck. How lucky for me! They treat me so well here, I love it, but am looking for a forever home with a family that will love me. I am very sweet and get along great other dogs.
