Meadowlark is a sweet, hopeful boy who has waited too long for a real chance. Shelter life has left him with some built-up energy, but once he gets outside he does exactly what he needs to do: he starts with a little pep, then quickly relaxes. Today he was easy to walk, enjoyed fresh air, and after a short burst of energy he simply chilled in the yard like he belonged there. Meadowlark has distinctive, prominent eyes from a past injury, but his spirit is pure sunshine and he loves being with people.
